KRISTINA PIEHL-OCHOA
Owner &Â Licensed Massage Therapist
As a nationally certified massage therapist, Kristina brings over 20 years of experience. She is licensed to perform massage therapy in the state of Wisconsin and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Since opening Bodywise in 2011, Kristina has become a strong supporter of self-care and promoting the body's ability to heal itself. Her goal for every session is to create a space that allows the mind and body to return to their natural state of harmony and balance.
ANALYN FAMANAS
Licensed Massage Therapist
As a licensed massage therapist from the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork since 2013, Analyn strives for complete relaxation, harmony, and balance during each session. Analyn specializes in a combined flow of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger points, sports massage with focused breathing, and is experienced in chair massage. She is passionate about educating clients in self-care and helping them reach their individual needs and goals.

KRYSTAL POLENSKI
Licensed Massage Therapist
A graduate of the Wisconsin Institute of Natural Wellness, Krystal has been a licensed Massage Therapist in Wisconsin since 2010. She is experienced in Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal or pregnancy as well as hot stone massages. Krystal enjoys providing a relaxing yet therapeutic session by helping clients relax and heal muscle and body aches. She strives to restore natural healing to the mind and body.

THERESA ANDERSON
Licensed Massage Therapist
I graduated from White River School of Massage Therapy in Fayetteville, Arkansas in 2002. I also have a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from UWM in Milwaukee, which has broadened my knowledge and experience with treatment of upper extremity dysfunction. In addition to my original massage therapy training, I have had many continuing education opportunities over the years that I integrate into my  massage for greater effectiveness. Some of these techniques include fascial therapies such as Myofascial Release, cupping, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization to release restrictions that create structural misalignment that causes pain. I incorporate various neuro-muscular techniques and stretching to relieve muscle tension, lengthen muscles, and increase range of motion. I also use warm towels, essential oils (when preferred), and warm stones to facilitate relaxation. Please call or text with any questions.
SARA BONILLA
Licensed Esthetician
Sara has a true passion for skincare and beauty. She strives to help clients achieve their goals and it is important to Sara that her clients are comfortable and at ease when receiving esthetic services. Whether it be facials, microdermabrasion, peels, or waxing services, Sara enjoys performing them all. As a 2012 graduate of the VICI Beauty School in Milwaukee, Sara continuously researches trends and techniques related to her field. In her free time, she enjoys baking and cake decorating (cupcakes are her specialty!).
ANDREA LESNER
Licensed Esthetician
Andrea has a passion for all things skin and is proud to customize skincare needs specific to each client’s needs and goals. As an out-of-the-box thinker, Andrea likes to get creative with her services. Whether clients need customized facials, microdermabrasion, a chemical peel or body wax, or body service, she maintains a relaxed environment. Andrea is a graduate of The Salon Professional Academy Esthetics program, and when she’s not researching new and up-and-coming techniques for her field, she enjoys spending time with her family.
JESSICA GILLENGERTEN
Licensed Acupuncturist
BodyWise’s resident acupuncturist, Jessica brings a rich background of herbal knowledge, nutritional studies, organic farming, and beekeeping to our practice. She has traveled extensively around the world, including Canada, Europe, South America, and the Caribbean learning from the industry’s top neuroacupuncturists. Holding a Master’s Degree in Oriental Medicine, Jessica is also a certified neuroacupuncturist - actually, one of the first 65 people in the United States to hold this title! Jessica’s healing style embodies new research with ancient techniques allowing her to provide compassionate, individualized care to each patient. For those a bit hesitant about needles, Jessica also offers acupressure.
CRYSTAL CARTER
Certified Qi Gong Trainer & Reiki Master Teacher
Crystal is a Certified Qigong Trainer and Reiki Master Teacher who empowers her clients to create balance within themselves on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level. By utilizing the healing modalities of Qigong or Reiki, Crystal will determine the location of any energetic blockages a client may have and redirect energy in such a manner that balance is restored.
GEORGE PACHECO
Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master
George has over 17 years of experience in therapeutic massage. George has studied massage therapy at Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee, WI and has been a certified licensed massage therapist since 2005. George specializes in corrective body posture massage, carpal tunnel massage, and thoracic outlet massage.  George has also undergone 3 levels of reiki training and soft cupping at MSI Healing in Evanston, IL under the guidance of Billie Topa Tate. He has been a Reiki Master for 4 years.Â
George has studied nutrition at Shaw Academy as a health coach for five years. He is currently studying to become a Yin Yoga teacher. George believes in helping people holistically and giving them the knowledge to achieve their own total body balance.

Each person’s voice is precious and unique. When speaking or singing become challenging, communication may be ineffective or painful. Voice quality, effort, loudness, or pitch may be impacted. Ami Bouterse, owner of About Voice provides therapy services to rehabilitate, affirm and enhance one’s communication. She is a compassionate speech language pathologist (SLP) who also has extensive experience in voice performance and pedagogy. Ami holds a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders degree from Emerson College. She also holds voice performance degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and teaches as an Associate Professor of Music at UW-Parkside. Her goal is for all to become their own personal expert on the health, care and wellbeing of their voice and speech.
